With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Marjory is a highly respected figure in hotel management. Her impressive career includes leadership roles at renowned hotel chains such as the UK’s Bredbury Hall Hotel & Country Club, as well as other American and Swiss hotel chains, among others. Marjory holds a Master’s degree in Professional Management, Marketing, and Human Resources from the University of Cambridge, UK. She also completed advanced management training in Manchester, UK. Her unique blend of academic insight and practical experience continues to drive New Claridges’s mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest standards in the hospitality industry.
